They are now stroking it around, looking for the right place after Spinazzola switched plays.  They are confident in their passing and probing.07:08 PM7 min BEL 0 ITA 0Spinazzola and Jorginho did a great job sending Insigne down to the left.  He turns to his right, about 10 yards from the Belgium half, and makes a right-foot pass towards the back-post. It is too long for Chiesa to reach the goal and it leaves Courtois with too little space.07:06 PM5 minutes BEL 0 ITA 0Lukaku grabs Chiellini’s shoulders and darts between Chiellini and the center-backs.  He reaches for the box’s right and makes a long pass.07:05 PM3 min BEL 0 ITA 0Lukaku chases the ball down the left and turns on the heel jets to force a mistake from Chiellini, earning Belgium a corner.

He then threads a pass down his inside-left.  Lukaku chases it, but Donnarumma seizes it before Lukaku can get to it.07:00 PMBig mistake sorry, Italy is playing in all white.  They have no color clashes and should not be allowed to play in single colors.06:58Mancini’s jacket: A point of orders a colleague of mine put it, it’s not a “grey blazer”.  It’s seersucker. Pure Enzo Bearzot.  They have never heard of Quadrophenia.  Have they ever been to a good tailor?

03:00 PMLatest Team NewsRoberto Martinez will allow Eden Hazard and Kevin De Bruyne to show their fitness until the very last moment, but neither of them was able to train with the rest on Thursday morning. Martinez said, “We all know we are fighting against the time.” But Martinez added that it would take until the very last moment to make the decision.  Each day passes, they see improvement. We’ll then see tomorrow if they are able to participate or not.  We cannot at this time make a decision.”Obviously, it will not be easy for tomorrow – Eden sustained a soft tissue injury, which might make it difficult for a game such as tomorrow.

Kevin’s ligament problem may be a little different. It’s more of a medical decision.  It’s not a decision on football at the moment. Tomorrow it will be a medical decision and we’ll make a decision on football. Martinez would be well-equipped to face an Italian team that is unbeaten in 31 matches. Both teams are trying to win the 15th consecutive European Championship match since qualification. He may however be able to draw some inspiration from Roberto Mancini’s previous clash. Mancini was famously the head coach of Wigan’s FA Cup final win over the Manchester City team from Italy in 2013. He stated that it was a very special cup for Wigan Athletic, and all those connected. However, it also shows that anything can happen in 90 minutes.

The protests against Uefa, the ECA has been a tradition in the s.
Belgium will look to Romelu Lukaku, Inter’s striker, to continue his excellent goalscoring form. However, Italy skipper Giorgio Chiellini says he won’t lose any sleep over the possibility of facing the Inter striker. If Inter is to win, the 36-year-old Juventus defender will have to stop his teammates and the man whose goals gave Inter a first Serie A title for 11 years. Chiellini is back in contention, having missed the last Group A win over Wales, and the last-16 victory over Austria due to injury. He said: “We have a lot of respect for Lukaku. He had a great campaign for Inter.

All campaign long, we have seen just how match-winners and big players he’s become.”But it would be a disservice for Belgium to simply say that Belgium was all about Romelu Lukaku because they have quality players all over.”We will prepare for the game as we have always done.  We will keep an eye on him, and the other top players they have because regardless of who starts tomorrow night, we’ll be watching closely.”But I think that we’ll both be able to sleep well tonight, Romelu and me.”02:48 PMO Brother, how great is thou…

Thorgan HazardSam DeanIt was not surprising that Chelsea’s decision in 2012 to sign Thorgan Hazard would cause a lot of snickering and raised eyebrows.  The deal was done just weeks after Chelsea had completed a PS32 million move to Eden Hazard, Thorgan’s older brother.  Many observers found it quite convenient that Thorgan arrived just as Eden was beginning to settle into England. These suggestions were clearly recognized by Thorgan. This was evident in 2016 when Thorgan gave an interview to Het Nieuwsblad.  Hazard was fair to be asked why he was signed at 19 by Chelsea.  Hazard replied, “It’s not like they sign every player’s brother.” ” John Terry and Frank Lampard were not brothers who played for Chelsea.”

it is safe to say that Thorgan has proven himself to be more than just an add-on for Eden.  This is a player that has built a remarkable career for himself, playing for Borussia Monchengladbach in the Bundesliga and for Borussia Dortmund in Europe. He is now playing for Belgium. Thorgan was the one who stood up for his country against Portugal in their round-16 tie.  His goal was a wickedly swerving effort and was one of the best strikes at this year’s European Championship. It was a moment that allowed Thorgan to grab some of the spotlights that are normally reserved for his older brother, Eden.  He called it “Probably the most important goal in my career.”Thorgan’s football life will always be viewed through the eyes of Eden.  It might seem unfair to Thorgan, a fine player who made 38 appearances for the highest-ranked country in the World. However, it is also understandable that there are comparisons.  They share the same position and often play together.

However, there are some differences.  Thorgan is slightly taller than the other and is more dedicated.  He plays as a wingback for Belgium, which is a reflection of his willingness to take on the defensive work that Eden avoids.  In an interview with Der Spiegel, their father, Thierry Hazard, stated that technically Eden is the best, but when it comes down to hard work, Thorgan is better.”Thorgan did not make it to the Chelsea first-team.  Thorgan was loaned out to Zulte Warm in Belgium before joining ‘Gladbach in 2015 for approximately PS7m.  Chelsea made a significant profit after signing him from Lens for the only PS450,000.  Dortmund paid approximately PS22m for his services four years later. Like Eden at Real Madrid, Thorgan suffered from injuries last season.  His 16 league appearances with Dortmund were limited to one goal.  He is now fully fit and has scored two goals in three Euros games for Belgium. He will likely be more aggressive against Italy on Friday night with Kevin De Bruyne and his brother both recovering from major injuries. Thorgan describes himself as one of the most competitive Hazards (there’s also Kylian and Ethan who are both footballers), and his childhood memories include him playing against Eden in goal.  Real’s forward has stated that Thorgan is better than the other.

Eden said that Thorgan deserves more praise than I do because he has had to work harder, and because I have played some good matches in my early career, everything has come to him quickly.” Eden was awarded the Belgian Player of Year award in 2014.  He has always had to deal with the fact that ‘He’s a brother of Eden…’ But now he is a household name.”This was evidently true in Belgium.  Thorgan is a well-known name in Germany.  However, Thorgan has had to face more challenges in the larger world.De Bruyne and Romelu Lukaku are often cited by many as the brilliant Belgians who escaped for Chelsea. But Thorgan, having emerged from Eden’s shadow, is now showing that he deserves to be viewed with the same respect.
